A life of spiritual cultivation

Once saw a netizen send out such a feeling: never recall the past. However, now that I am ill at work, I can't help but recall the days when I studied in the past. At that time, after reading the professional course, I ran to the mountain division. Listen to history and classical literature. Not only gain knowledge, but also know some bosom friends and beauties. Now I mingle with a group of rich businessmen every day. Apart from flattery, eating and drinking, and intrigue, there is no joy in life. It seems that the face of a child has changed into a crane.

After listening to it, I felt quite helpless. As if there is a trace of loss in life. Perhaps everyone belongs to that period of time, lingering in the mind, lingering. Perhaps this is the only way for everyone to practice.

On the road of spiritual practice, it may confuse our hearts, hinder our freedom, and hinder our steps. But don't flinch. What's more, don't give up practice. Maybe there is only a gap, which is slim, but it will become an indispensable force to move forward. But how can we spiritual practitioners deal with it safely now? How to cultivate the mind?

Laozi has two words, which I appreciate very much: therefore, I often have no desire to see its beauty, and I often have desire to see its beauty. Here we talk about the question of desire. Self-desire is outside, and Miaojing is inside. Therefore, only when there is no external desire can we enter the realm of objective existence and experience the mysteries of the universe and life. Life will move to a higher level. The higher the realm of asceticism, the higher the relative realm of life. It is especially useful for the life of spiritual cultivation.

In the mortal world, it seems that the most important thing is not spiritual practice, but spiritual practice. If the mind deviates from the track, how will it be practiced? There is a saying in the Heart Sutra: there is no hindrance, no terror. Stay away from reversing dreams. Everything goes with fate, and life goes with fate. Be at ease.

To practice is to cultivate the mind. To cultivate the mind is to cultivate one's fate. If the fate is open, the heart will be open. The word "fate" can be met but not sought. Gathering is fate, scattered is fate, there is fate, nothing is also fate. How many practitioners bear a heavy psychological burden because of fate. We came into this world with nothing. Will eventually return to the loess empty-handed. Is there anything else worth thinking about? Come is also empty, go is also empty, what is there to worry about? But in this world, we pursue fame and fortune, and even do a lot of things against the natural morality. It didn't just hurt people. At the end of the day, you find yourself hurt, too. Some people take loss too seriously and lose themselves. Misfortune might be a blessing in disguise. And the Buddha said, what you get is just what you will lose. And losing is just returning something that doesn't belong to you.

Bai Luomei once said that a person who is too attached to this life is not suitable for spiritual practice. And a person who is obsessed with cause and effect is not suitable for spiritual practice. What a practitioner needs is a firm heart and an indifferent heart.

Sit and watch the flowers bloom in front of the court, and look at how comfortable it is to look at the clouds in the sky. What a state of mind it is to "pick wild flowers by the fence and accidentally see Nanshan"? I believe that through their own continuous efforts, the continuous progress of life, one day will reach the ideal state.

Cultivate the heart, let the heart as fresh and elegant, as white as pear blossoms, as clear as the moon. Let's stick to a peaceful and tranquil land. Only the life after spiritual cultivation will remain calm and indifferent in the face of the world. It is not camouflage, but a kind of precipitation.

Enron enjoys a harmonious and quiet manor. Maybe this is the true meaning of heart-training life. With a beautiful heart, let's move forward towards spiritual practice. The life of spiritual cultivation is not only peace of mind, but also state of mind.
