The car goes south along the west bank of Dongshan, the silver-shining Taihu Lake on the right and the verdant hills on the left. The hillside is covered with fruitful fruit trees, the golden loquat is covered with branches, and the warm tone paints the joy of the Dongshan people's harvest. When we got off near the ancient village of Luxiang, it was almost noon, so we decided to have the first meal and then go picking.

The four of us ordered a set meal of Meituan at Yan's Nongjiale Restaurant. 138yuan, five dishes and one soup: Taihu Lake three white (white shrimp, white fish, silverfish), sauerkraut spring bamboo shoots, hollow cabbage, water shield shredded meat soup. Taihu Lake Sanbai has been famous for a long time, but it is the first time to eat it. Their common feature is that the meat is delicate and tender. White shrimp, also known as crystal shrimp, grows in lush, calm open shoals, about 3 centimeters long. The general shrimp is red when cooked, while the white shrimp in Taihu Lake is still clear, crystal as jade, with only a little red silk. White fish is commonly known as plum fish, about 40 cm long, because its tail bifurcation is red, thin and narrow, like a Phoenix tail, so it is also known as anchovies. Although the white fish is fat and tender, it has many fine spines, so you have to be careful when eating it. The silverfish is very small, about 4 centimeters long and 2 millimeters in diameter. The fish is white and has only two black eyes. It is the first of the three treasures in Taihu Lake. Water shield is one of the three famous dishes in Taihu Lake, which is famous for its smooth fat, moistening lung and spleen, tonifying blood and stopping diarrhea and unique flavor.

The mature loquat peel is golden yellow, reddish or spotted is better; the overall shape is ellipsoidal, and the bottom is in the shape of a pentagram.

Loquat tree is evergreen all the year round, its leaves are long and oval like a small pipa, how to describe the green leaves, dark green, green? Let's just call it loquat green. Loquat flowers bloom in late autumn and the fruit ripens in early summer. The yellow and round Loquat-Shaped Cake also reminds me of the ancients who were drunk in the east garden and the west garden, picking all the golden loquat poems and taking loquat as food and wine. it's just that this realm belongs to the people of the Song Dynasty.

We picked a total of 25 jin of loquats, and Zhu fruit farmers packed them into five custom-made small cardboard boxes with the words Dongshan Baiyu loquat written on the cardboard boxes, ha, but also looked very classy.
