Travels to Suzhou

My son is usually very busy at work and is always thinking about how to use weekends to enrich my retirement life. However, the sky is not beautiful. The early winter in Shanghai is very abnormal. In the dry and cold season, it rains endlessly. If it is not sunny, I think people will get moldy.

Finally looking forward to the good weather on weekends, my son immediately arranged a trip to Suzhou. After careful consideration, there are many scenic spots in Suzhou, and nothing can best represent the beauty of Suzhou than the Humble Administration Garden (garden) and Zhouzhuang (water village). On Friday afternoon, the son filled the Honda car with oil, and his wife bought food and drinks for the road and packed the necessary clothes and equipment. Early in the morning of the 28th, my family of six started a self-driving trip to Suzhou on weekends. For a long time, Suzhou has won the praise of being the best in the world, and I have seen a lot of relevant pictures. Once you are there, the wonderful excitement and excitement is unparalleled and comes from the heart.

Suzhou Humble Administrator's Garden, with landscape as the center, exquisite pavilions, lingering flowers and trees. The Humble Administration Garden was founded in the Zhengde period of the Ming Dynasty. At that time, Wang Xianchen, the king of imperial history, bought land and built a house here because he was falsely accused by the secret service of the Korean government of returning to his hometown, and it took 16 years to build the garden. Since then, in the fourth year of Chongzhen of the Ming Dynasty, Wang Xinyi bought land on the east side of the garden and built a private garden to return to the garden. The two gardens changed owners many times with the changes of the times, and were nationalized after liberation, and became one garden, that is, the present Humble Administration Garden. The whole garden is divided into three parts, namely, the East Garden, the Central Garden and the West Garden. The east garden is open and open, the middle garden is exquisite and gorgeous, and the west garden is a beautiful mansion.

The overall layout is rigorous, and the local styles are different. There are mountains and water, there are halls, corridors, pavilions, pavilions, buildings, Taiwan, pavilions, pavilions, Zhai, boats, walls and other buildings. All buildings have both form and spirit, and their shape and spirit are consistent with the natural environment of the sky and underground, and at the same time, all parts of the garden are naturally connected to each other, in order to reflect the artistic features of elegance, tranquility and implication, and its beautiful scenery is the best in the country. Let you dizzying, wandering in the meantime, getting better and better.

I was intoxicated by the heaven on earth created by my ancestors. Although the Humble Administrator's Garden is only one of the gardens in Suzhou, it has clearly reflected the cultural characteristics of the unity of man and nature of the Chinese nation. It reflects the Chinese people's outlook on life that advocates and is close to nature, and this project embodies the diligence and wisdom of ancient intellectuals and skilled craftsmen. More importantly, it contains philosophical and religious thoughts such as Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, as well as the essence of traditional art such as landscape poetry and Chinese painting and calligraphy, which is another broad and profound portrayal of Chinese civilization.

While we appreciate the extraordinary creative ability of our predecessors, we can't help but envy the noble and elegant life style of manor owners and aristocratic scholar-officials and literati. Looking back on the past and the present, I pray in my heart that while promoting modernization, human beings should especially cherish and protect the natural environment that shares weal and woe with mankind. Recently, the haze weather raging in all parts of the country, especially in big cities, has seriously damaged the natural ecological environment and threatened the safety and health of human beings.

That night, my family walked along the bank of Jinji Lake, enjoying the beautiful night view of Suzhou and the blurred images in the lake. When we sat in Linhu Moon Tower Hotel, tasting Sweet and Sour Mandarin Fish and enjoying Su-flavored crispy chicken, let us really experience the carefree and romantic of the people of ancient Suzhou.

The next day, after having a breakfast buffet in the hotel, we immediately rushed to Zhouzhuang, when the sky was gloomy, the air was moist, the mist was shrouded in mist, and the rain was continuous, as if God intended to create a hazy and dreamy natural mood for us to travel to the Jiangnan water village.

As soon as you enter the scenic spot, it is like entering a fairyland on earth. The beauty of Zhouzhuang comes from the charm of water. The city in the water, the water under the city, is a major feature of Zhouzhuang, the town Ming and Qing style brick buildings row upon row, scattered. All kinds of stone arch bridges of different sizes are dotted, bridge streets are connected, houses are built according to the river, boats are swaying in the water, and green shadows are whirling. If you go to Zhouzhuang, if you don't look at Shuangqiao, you won't be counted as Zhouzhuang. Shuangqiao ranks first among the four famous bridges in Zhouzhuang. The painting "memories of hometown" by Mr. Chen Yifei, a painter in the United States, has made it famous in the world, allowing more and more people to appreciate the charming amorous feelings of small bridge and flowing water, an ancient water town in China.

Although the crowds on the bridge and in the alleys were crowded, bustling, full of tourists and rubbing their backs shoulder to shoulder, it did not affect everyone's interest and enthusiasm at all. Sometimes we walk through the narrow streets, with the ancient style of plaques on the edges of the doors; sometimes we step on the stone bridge, looking into the distance, and we see that the waterway disappears on the horizon from near to far; sometimes we stop at the shop and are attracted by all kinds of tapestry and embroidery embroidered with folk patterns on the counter. In this way, stop-and-go, the phone has not been idle for a moment, click non-stop. There is almost no need to take too many pictures, standing in one position can take more than a dozen pictures around. Because there are too many tourists, it is difficult to find a picture without interference from others. Fortunately, I took some pictures of pure scenery to meet my needs of collecting materials.

Seeing that it was getting late and considering that there were still a few hours to go home, we reluctantly ended a short and pleasant trip to Suzhou. On the way back to Shanghai, everyone talked freely about the gains and feelings of this trip. In particular, I was deeply affected by the tranquil, warm and comfortable atmosphere of the landscape in the south of the Yangtze River, the antique pink wall Daiwa, the leisurely moored curved boat, the thousands of high walls and deep alleys and the unique round arch bridge of the water village. It flashes in my mind all the time. At this time, I personally experienced what it means to return to nature, and why she attracted a steady stream of famous Chinese and foreign painters. Why the works of Zhouzhuang painter's village are particularly popular.

I think that tourists from all over the country can not only feast their eyes, but also get a spiritual touch and baptism. Laozi said, it is as good as water. It is with water that Zhouzhuang appears so serene and tranquil, able to tolerate all worldly things, and always be in harmony with the changes of the world. Don't people need this kind of tolerance and magnanimity to get along with each other more? Thank Zhouzhuang for bringing us this spiritual gift. Although this trip appears to be a bit hasty, some scenic spots have not yet had time to patronize and taste, and many details of the story have been left behind because there is no on-site explanation from the tour guide. Fortunately, the journey from Shanghai to Zhouzhuang is not far, leaving some regrets, probably for the future revisit and return to leave a thought.
