Don't stand in happiness to find happiness.

In life, we all have an illusion: happiness always belongs to others, only troubles belong to ourselves!

The ancient Roman philosopher Publicus Cyrus once wrote: he who thinks he is not happy must not be happy.

Happiness is not just a state of mind, but a psychological assessment. When I talk to happy people, I find that without exception, they all think they are happy.

There was an interesting survey: who is the happiest person in the world?

Of the tens of thousands of answers, four are impressive:

A mother who bathes her baby

A child building a castle in the sand

An artist whistling to appreciate the work he has just finished

After hours of hard work, the doctor finally saved the life of a patient.

Happiness is like this, as long as you feel it with your heart, ordinary is not simple.

Happiness is a conscious choice, a way to describe yourself, and when you say you are happy, you will begin to find evidence of your happiness.

There is such a story, there is a poet, talented and wealthy, the wife is beautiful and gentle, the son is smart, but he can not feel happy.

He asked God to help him find happiness. God first took away his property, then his wife and children, and finally his talent, and the poet was in agony.

A month later, God gave it back to him. The poet put his arms around his wife and children and knelt at God's feet for a long time. He thanked him deeply and thanked God for his happiness.

Another story about the poor. The poor family house is very small, four generations living together, extremely crowded. He asked God to help him out of this predicament.

God said you put chickens and ducks in the house, live with you, and find me a week later.

A week later, the poor man was so tortured and miserable that he asked God to help him again.

God said you put the cattle and sheep in the house, live with you, and come back to me in a week.

Another week later, the poor man was in agony and begged God to help him again. God said drive those animals away and come back to me in a week.

A week later, the poor man knelt at God's feet and thanked him deeply for giving him happiness and giving him a taste of happiness that he had not seen for a long time.

In fact, God did not give them anything more, but just gave them a sense of recovery, from which they felt the satisfaction they had and began to cherish the status quo.

As the saying goes, we cannot know the true face of Mount Lushan only because we are in the middle of these mountains. The only thing God does is to help them jump away and look at their current situation.

A philosopher saw a fisherman basking in the sun on the beach and asked strangely, "Why don't you go fishing?"

The fisherman said, "I have come back."

The philosopher said: why not catch one more ship?

The fisherman replied: I have enough money.

The philosopher said: more fishing can save more money.

The fisherman shook his head and said, "Why do you save so much money?"

The philosopher calculated: if you catch one more boat of fish every day, you will buy a lot of boats fifteen years later.

The fisherman said lazily, so what?

The philosopher said seriously: then you can lie by the sea and bask in the sun.

The fisherman said, "I am now lying safely by the sea basking in the sun."

There is a saying in Zen saying: there is nothing in the world, trouble comes from overexert. If you ask for too much, there will be no place to put your heart.

Happiness is not a deliberate pursuit, but a kind of indifferent, simple and contented state of mind in life.

Learn to be content, and you will naturally find a lot of happiness and fun in your life.

Bai Luomei said:

Waiting for a colorful flower, is happiness, in the sun and like to build a dream together, is happiness, guarding a period of cold and warm time slowly grow old, but also happiness.

Very often, when we are worried about not finding happiness, it is not that happiness is really far away from us and becomes out of reach, but that we have lost our way and begged for fish.

When one day, we wake up and suddenly look back, we will find that happiness is smiling at us around the corner, quietly waiting to go home with us.

All of a sudden, we could not stop the tears in our eyes, moved very much, prayed in our hearts: life is really beautiful, thank heaven and earth, let me have all this.

Smart people may not be happy, but wise people will see happiness; smart people may not be happy, but open-minded people will find happiness.

Happiness is always accompanied by wisdom and open-mindedness.

Let us always remember the words of the German philosopher Heidegger:

People should live poetically. No matter what we meet, it is a collection of our lives.

Don't stand in happiness to find happiness, go your own way and enjoy your own scenery. Do not envy and look up to others, learn to cherish the happiness in front of you.

Happiness is actually very simple, as long as enjoy what you have now. It's just that when we have it, we should feel it with our heart and cherish it with our heart.

Be a discerning person who knows happiness. Only by knowing blessings can you perceive happiness, and only by cherishing happiness can you keep it.
