But when you write down what you have done, it will be extremely clear, no matter how long you want to see it, you can always remember when I did what I did. The tools to fight laziness, stop forgetting, and persist in change are pen and paper.

03 record your time

What I want to talk about most in this chapter is the record of time spent, as well as the "event-time" log. This is almost the most effective method in my opinion. Time management is like financial management, know how to use time, only know how to plan time, time is not saved, it is planned.
