How to embrace every day

Rely on God to control every day

This is really not worth training. Because my personality is originally a very lazy person, do not like busy, as far as possible so that their own not busy. But in the last ten years, from the age of 50, I prayed to God that I was over half a hundred years old and told me not to be so lazy and busy for the rest of my life. God listened to my prayer and I found myself getting busier and busier.

But God is wonderful. He is a wonderful and loving God. He keeps me busy but not tired. Because he knows what you are capable of, he keeps you busy and will certainly add to your strength.

I thought about God's grace and found that there were two keys. First, although I am busy, I will not be nervous, because I have less physical exertion if I am not nervous. You know that athletes also run marathons for more than 40 kilometers. Nervous people may run out of energy when they run 20 kilometers, and only those who are not nervous can finish the whole race. So whether we are nervous or not is very different from our physical exertion. I am not Superman, I do not have superhuman physical strength, but in the past 10 years, although I am busy, I will not be tired, because my physical exertion is less, because I am not looking for things to be busy.

Second, I am not looking for things to do by myself, so I will not be annoyed. People often find a lot to do by themselves. Like a housewife, she is busy early in the morning and busy in the evening. When the child comes back, she begins to be impatient, because she is already very tired. That's what happens when you find something to do on your own. I'm not asking for help, so I won't be impatient. So if you have any questions, of course you are welcome to raise them. I'm sorry, I often travel around the world, and I may not be able to answer right away. But as long as I have received questions, I will answer them as soon as possible.

Third, more importantly, many people will be upset because they don't know how to answer. Friends have all kinds of strange problems, and there are problems at all levels. I happen to have experienced some questions, and I still know a little, and I can answer them as soon as possible, but some questions are really beyond the scope of my experience, my knowledge, and my ideas. I really don't know how to answer.

The last point is to thank God, every time I receive a question, I say to God: God, I hope to answer this question as soon as possible, but I can't answer it, so I have to ask you to help me. The wonderful thing is that most of the time, when I pray to God, I pick up my pen as if it were God's help. Sometimes I feel as if I am not answering myself, but God is holding my hand.

Finally, people who know me know that my itinerary is full 24 hours a day almost all the year round. But I really tell my friends that I am not busy at all. I am not tired at all. Because God made me do it. So I encourage you to embrace every day, which means that you tell God that you want to make good use of each day while you are alive, and God will help you grasp it. But when you talk to God, be humble, not very proud. I didn't say to God: God, you help me seize every day. So God won't help you with it. I said humbly to God: God, I am sorry, I am a very lazy person, if you do not help me grasp, I will certainly waste every day. But I don't think I should waste it, but I'm so lazy by nature. I'm really sorry. I have to ask you. God asks you to help me seize every day. I encourage you to say this kind of prayer.

Then you say: this is terrible, teacher. I don't want to be as busy as you are.

But as I said just now, I am so busy, but I am not tired or bored at all. Because it really depends on God. It is really blessed to rely on God.

To grasp every day, there must be a specific plan.

To grasp every day, we must have a specific plan, some discipline and some arrangements for our daily life.

My basic life plan goes like this:

I will give myself a few basic lessons every day, for example, as long as I am free, I will read the Bible, I will pray, or I will meditate quietly. Only when you are free, do these three things. So my spare time will not be wasted.

Second, because I have free time to do these three things, my body and mind are in the best state. If there is a phone call or email coming in, I can answer any questions asked by my friends immediately. Because my body and mind is in the best condition.

I don't fill myself with itinerary every day, because if you are full of itinerary, your body and mind is not in the best state, but in a state of excitement. That way you won't last long, and you'll be tired after a long time. I'm not really keeping myself in a state of excitement, nervousness or vigilance all day.

Christians should be vigilant that on the one hand we should rest in peace in the Lord, on the other hand, I will not relax. I told myself that if I had an itinerary today, I would run the itinerary, preach, lecture, or go to care for someone, and I would do it. No itinerary, I just calm down, read scriptures, pray, meditate, and that's what I do. Then keep yourself in a state of combat readiness at work, but not too nervous, too excited, will not deplete your physical strength, so that you will live a full day. There is a problem at any time. Please come in and you can handle it. If you are idle and let yourself relax if you have no itinerary, and suddenly someone comes to you, you must be very impatient. You will feel that I have been busy for 18 days in a row. Today, on the 19th day, it is not easy. I want to relax a little bit. I want to go for a walk. I want to go to the seaside, where to go, but if you have a phone call for me, you will be impatient. When you are impatient, it will be wrong to answer people's tone. When the other party heard it, he thought, "Oh!" The teacher must be very busy, so I shouldn't disturb him. Then next time I won't dare to call. Over time, no one is looking for you. That's the problem.

So we can't relax, but we can't always stay nervous and excited. So I encourage brothers and sisters, you should seize every day, basically keep it like this: your heart and your spirit rest in the arms of Christ, and then when you have an itinerary, you run it. Go to work when you should, and get off work when you get off work. But when there is free time, don't fill it with more itinerary. As long as you have free time, you use it to read the Bible, to pray, or to meditate quietly. In this way, you won't waste the whole day, and you can hug every day.

There are two kinds of people in this world, one is to hug every day excessively, he has a full schedule every day, gets up early in the morning and runs until midnight. In fact, this is not ideal; one is excessive sloppiness, with no itinerary for the whole day, which is not ideal either. So we have to keep our lives in balance, that is, to have a moderate itinerary, but not to fill it up too much. You keep rest in the arms of the Lord, and eventually God will fill your journey with fullness and fullness, but you will not be tired or bored.

Some people in the world can make great achievements, while others do nothing, which is closely related to a person's attitude towards life.

Always rejoice and embrace every day

The so-called embrace every day is not only to make our life very full, but also to live a meaningful and valuable life.

Paul said, "always rejoice, keep praying, and give thanks in everything." I tell you that our sorrows and joys and sorrows also live a day. No matter whether the day goes well or not, no matter how many things you encounter on this day or not, it is best to choose to live a happy day.

Paul said, rejoice always. But nine times out of ten there are unsatisfactory things in life, how can you be happy all the time? We are all mortals, we are all mortals, and we are not gods. Paul said two words after that: keep praying and give thanks for everything. That is to say, there are conditions for you to be happy often, that is, you can't stop praying. Pray as long as you are free, and your prayer is not just to ask God: God, bless my work! God, bless my finance! God, bless my family! It's not just that, of course you can ask God to bless you. But more importantly, thank you for everything. God, thank you for waking up today. Thank you for my breath now! I thank you for not only breathing, but also water to drink. Thank you for having lunch and dinner in the evening. You just keep giving thanks, and you're going to be very happy on this day. You are constantly thanking you, the things you don't like will become happy, and the things you don't like will become happier!

People have power in joy, and as you do every day, so will your strength. You are bound to live a fuller life than others every day. It is difficult to be happy with our physical eyes, so we must be grateful in front of God. If you are constantly grateful to God, even sorrow will turn into joy, and you will truly become constant joy. Rejoice often, and you will have the strength to embrace every day.

Combine cherishing time with understanding the will of God

There is a saying in the Bible: "cherish time, for the present generation is evil, and understand the will of the Lord." How can we combine cherishing time with understanding God's will?

God's will appears several times in the Bible. In the New Testament, God's will is to guard your body with holiness and honor, and to avoid all fornication and fornication. It's God's will. The Old Testament says: what does God want from us? Let us walk with God in righteousness, mercy and humility. When these two verses talk about the will of God, what do you mean to guard your body with holiness and honor and avoid fornication? It is God's will not to waste our lives, lives, and every day on many pleasures in the world. Pleasure is not necessarily a sin, you say that watching a movie or a play is not necessarily a sin, but don't overdo it. In fact, the Bible does not object to us sometimes having a more expensive meal and going to a better restaurant; and so on. Pleasure is not necessarily a sin, but intemperance is a sin. So how do we cherish time and understand God's will? God's will is simply abstinence. We should exercise restraint in everything we do. Abstinence makes us cherish our time.

Should Christians exercise? Exercise. It's good to play a ball once in a while, but how about playing until you forget to eat and sleep and forget to go to church on Sunday? Of course that's not good.

The second is to walk with God in righteousness, compassion and humility, so every day we have to be meaningful and valuable. You can't just practice righteousness, because you only practice righteousness, and you will look down on others. What a mess the world is! These people suck! I'm the only one who's a good guy!

God means to be righteous and merciful, and to walk humbly with God. The so-called righteousness is that you have to look at the world from the perspective of God's righteousness. You know what can be done and what cannot be done. So you can be holy.

Second, when you are holy, you will be humble; when you are holy, you will have mercy. Have mercy on those who are not yet holy and are still doing bad things, because they do not have the blessing of God and the strength that God gives them, so you should pray for them. So doing justice will bring your prayer. Because you will have mercy on them, and you will be humble. The reason why you are holy and pray for them is that God blesses you, not that you are greater than them.

The most important thing is that you embrace every day. Enoch has walked with God for three hundred years. In fact, the best way to really embrace every day is to walk with God every day. You are with God every day. You are where God is, and you do what God does. You say, how can a person have such a high state in the body? Paul said, "I didn't think I had it. I forgot my back, tried to get ahead, and ran straight to the pole." So, I encourage you to really embrace every day, you really want to grasp 2017, you ask God: God, please let me walk with you every day in 2017! I know it's a very high level. I may not even be able to do it, but I envy it, because Enoch can do it, and I should be able to do it.

The Bible says what kind of person Elijah is. Elijah can do it, and so can most of us. Because people all over the world are the same. Since Enoch can walk with God for three hundred years, I only hope that I can walk with you this year. Just for this year, please allow me. Humbly ask God, and what you ask will be received, and he who knocks will be opened to him, and he who seeks will be found. You say to God, I don't know how to spend the new year, and I don't know how to make use of every day. But can I walk with God? I really want to walk with God the most. If you are willing to pray like this, God will help you do it.

This is the highest level. Walk with God and you can cherish your time.

The final summary

Finally, I have a few words for my friends.

The first is courage, the vitality to overcome difficulties. When people who lack courage encounter difficulties, you fall into the dark abyss of life. Courage is the most important thing.

If you are a Christian, you can pray to God for courage. What is courage? Let you live your life bravely and go your own way. But you have to make sure that this road will make your life better, as well as the life of others. When you have the courage to take such a road, please be prepared, even if others say you are bad, others blame you, criticize you, you have nothing to care about. Because what other people think of you, that's his business. You should know for yourself what kind of road you should take, so that you can have courage. In other words, you have to bravely accept the real you and live the real you bravely. As for how you will be criticized by others in the process of living who you really are, you don't care.

I would like to tell you that many people lose themselves, lose themselves, and dare not live their true lives because they are afraid of criticism from others. When we were young, or even when we were young, we must have wanted to live bravely, bring it up on what we have, what we think, and what we think. As a result, we roar with laughter. From then on, you dare not live out of yourself. You hide yourself. In fact, even if there is a roar of laughter, what does it matter? You must know that many great inventions in history and great inventors were ridiculed when their original ideas were put forward. how is this possible? But when inventors can stick to it, one day it proves to be possible. So people bravely live their own lives, even if they are laughed at by others, it does not matter.

But we often flinch after being ridiculed, and we lose ourselves, so we lose it all our lives. So I encourage you to ask God for such courage.

In addition, you ask for courage, that is, change. We often feel that change is difficult, even that it is impossible. In fact, in my life experience, especially in my counseling cases in the last ten years, I really thank God. Of the tens of thousands of cases I have mentored over the past few years, the biggest problem for most people is that they do not have the courage to change. They often say to me: teacher, I have tried, it is impossible, it is impossible. In fact, I want to tell you, it's not impossible, it's because you don't want to, as long as you want to, it's possible. The Bible says: he who believes can do anything. As long as you are willing, and you believe in and rely on God, you can do it. So I encourage you to ask God for this second kind of courage.

The first kind of courage is to live yourself, and don't back down even if you are criticized, but you have to make sure that you want to live yourself better and others better.

The second kind of courage is that you are willing to get up and change. You are no longer afraid of change. Although you often say that change is impossible, I tried, but failed. No, you haven't tried, you haven't failed, you lack courage. So, the second courage, you have to ask God, 2017 will give you the courage to change.

I think all these changes are omni-directional. Let's say you start hugging yourself. In the past, you didn't dare to hug yourself, you only dared to please others. Start hugging yourself now, at least you will think about what you want, not just what others want. This may be a change in your mind, or it may lead to a change in your behavior in real life.

In short, you have to remember, I encourage brothers and sisters and friends, as long as you think of one thing, ask you: are you living well now? Are you living well enough? If you don't live well enough now, should you live better? Do you want to change? That has to change. So, you have to ask God for the courage to change.

Many people have the courage to live their own lives. When they are growing up, they all have their own dreams and ideals. What kind of people they want to be in the future? how can they really know themselves and know that their goals and ideals in life are achievable or impossible at all?

First, no one knows the goal or direction we set in life. Can he achieve it or not? But we remember to say that life with a goal and a direction is definitely better than no goal and no direction.

Second, there is a goal and a direction in life, and the reason why it is good is that we can move towards the benchmark.

Third, it doesn't mean you can achieve your goal.

Fourth, if you don't achieve your goal, you will still live better than before. For example, when you take an exam, you don't have a goal. You take it casually. Sometimes you get 98 points and sometimes you get 38 points. Try your luck. But if you set a goal: I have to get 98 every time, although you may not get 98 every time, but you will not only get 38, maybe 78 or 88, because you set a goal, at least make your life much more stable. So I encourage you to have goals in life.

The best goal is to live yourself. Set your goals bravely for what you want. But that doesn't mean you have to do it. We will not have the courage but also afraid of others to laugh, you said you must take the test 98 points, this time only 88 points, so you set a goal, but also have the courage to stick to it. We are not afraid to be laughed at, because we are often laughed at. If we want to live bravely, we will often be laughed at by others.

Sometimes we set some goals, such as the dream of becoming a singer, musician, writer, painter, and the pursuit of being ourselves, but in the process of pursuit, not everyone can get what they want. How to strike a balance between the pursuit of dreams and self-knowledge?

This is a good question. You want to be a good singer, so you take part in the competition and try to be a singer. There are two results: first, you eventually become a famous singer; but more likely, you fail in the end, you do not become a singer, or even become a singer is not suitable for you. But I want to tell you that if you do your best in this process, even if you fail in the end, your life is worth living. If you are casual in the process, even if you succeed, it is still worthless. So you need to be brave to pursue your dream, even if the dream is crazy, you can't do it, or it's not right for you, and you don't find it. But you know, you do your best, and what you learn in the process is more important than the result.

Finally, I would like to give you a word: life is a process more important than the result. Encouraging you to live yourself bravely does not mean that you will be more successful than before, but your life will be full, because you work hard every day, you know you are living for yourself now, even if things are not as simple as you think, even if the process is not so smooth, you will still gain more than others, because you do your best, this is the most important purpose of life. Let us do our best every day we live on the earth. If you want to be a painter, you should paint bravely. Maybe you have painted all your life, but you still can't be a painter, but your life is worth it, because you have painted all your life.

But if your life is casual, no matter how talented you are and how well you paint, no matter how successful you are, you will fail.

So whether life is meaningful or valuable does not depend on how many people you have, but on how many people you have helped.
