Work hard and be qualified at most. Only by doing with your heart can you be excellent.

A few days ago, Director Xu of the office came to me and asked me to make a speech to the young teachers at today's lecture site, to talk about my experience and experience as the first batch of subject leaders in primary and secondary schools in Jiangxi Province, and to make a comment on the lecture of the liberal arts group. It is impossible to talk about experience, because he is also an ordinary teacher, engaged in a very ordinary teaching work in an ordinary post. The reason why I can become a provincial discipline leader, I think, is the organizational trust in me and everyone's help to me; second, the selection policy of discipline leaders is good; and third, they have been like one day for decades. Ke adheres to the way of being a man and doing things attentively and never being satisfied and never admitting defeat.

Looking back on the road I have taken, I was born in the 1950s, grew up in difficult times, studied in the Cultural Revolution, jumped the queue when I went to the mountains and the countryside, went to university after the Gang of four, took part in work in the era of reform and opening up, and experienced a rough process of growing up, coupled with strict and disciplined tutoring, honed my indomitable will to bear hardships and stand hard work, and made me develop a style of honesty and rigorous work from an early age. Whether it is work, study, teaching, scientific research, creation, guidance to students or life, everything is the pursuit of perfection and careful management. It is precisely because of this persistence that I have laid the foundation for my success. I would like to report to you my mental journey from three aspects:

A positive attitude is the driving force for success

I remember that in a mid-term exam in the first year of senior high school, when I got a score of 57 in math (I was never good at science), I was reprimanded by my parents when I went home, so I secretly made up my mind to do well in the exam next time, so I made a strict and thorough study plan. Usually strictly follow the plan. Sure enough, I got the first full mark in math in my history.

Some people say: if we always have a positive attitude towards success, then success will appear in front of us. I quite agree with this view. A thing I will never forget 42 years ago. When I was in college, I was the first freshman to report. I remember it was raining heavily that day. When I walked a long way and was drenched, I was led to his home by Professor he Qitao (a nationally famous watercolor painter). The scene in front of me suddenly enlightened me. There are beautifully decorated watercolors on the walls, and under the light blue lining hanging from the window, there is a plaster statue of David by Michelangelo, a master sculptor of the European Renaissance. There are exquisite picture books neatly stacked on the coffee table on the table, and all kinds of brushes of different sizes are inserted in the penholder. In the face of this, I can't help but respect and silently swear in my heart that I must become an artist like a teacher in the future. At that time, this idea has always been accompanied by myself. Become the driving force to move forward.

It takes a lot of hard work to learn art well. I always keep in mind the teacher's teachings and redouble my efforts inside and outside the classroom for fear of falling behind others. During my three years of college, I have persisted in writing study notes and constantly summing up and reflecting on the problems and solutions in my study. In order to hone my will, I insist on taking a cold bath every day in winter. I insist on staying in school for two summers in three years. I often spend twice or even several times as much time reading, drawing and keeping diaries. It is with such a drive that he has been rated as a three-good student twice in the three years of the university.

Second, acting quickly is the key to success

The person who acts is the closest to a famous teacher. If you want to succeed, you have to take action and put the plan into practice. This kind of pay is not only mental, but also physical, to suffer losses, to be said to be stupid and unshakable, sometimes you have to give up what you should give up. To be diligent in brain, mouth, hands and feet, every art festival for middle school students in the city is a period when our mental and physical strength is tested. It is not as simple as some people think that as long as we sit in the office at a specified time to receive works. It is very difficult to receive satisfactory good works. You must go to class again and again and talk to the author over and over again about composition and the form of expression of the work. Talk about color processing and so on. Sometimes you have to run up and down the stairs several times a day. Why do you do this? In order to care about the growth of students, for the responsibility of teachers. It is because of this hard work that we have repeatedly returned to our school's good news at the Art Festival for middle school students in the city.

In 2003, I had the honor to accept a topic given by Lu, head of Art Teaching and Research Group of 18 Middle School, "Research on the infiltration and Integration of Middle School Art Education and other disciplines". Since I had never engaged in the subject research, I devoted myself to the subject research enthusiastically. Painstaking research, scientific demonstration, collecting and collating a large number of materials and examples, visited many experts and scholars and front-line teachers of various subjects inside and outside the school, and widely modeled among the students to seek opinions and suggestions. Through the cooperation with teachers of various disciplines and after three years of unremitting efforts, the topic was successfully concluded in December 2005. The conclusion of the study provides a feasible operation method for the integration and integration of interdisciplinary knowledge. In January 2007, I was awarded the honorable title of Advanced individual in the five subjects of Municipal Ten & bull;.

An excellent art teacher, if there is no creative experience, then his life is not full, but also lack of taste. For decades, I have persisted in amateur art creation. Most of the creations are scheduled to take place during the summer vacation from July to August. At this time, it was the hottest time in Nanchang. My house was sitting east and west, and the room was unbearably hot. I was afraid to turn on the electric fan (there was no air conditioning at that time) for fear of drying the paint when painting. That share of sweetness and hard work requires will and perseverance. During the summer vacation of 1995, I was creating a poster "Flying". The picture shows a huge birdcage on top of a skyscraper made up of textbooks and tutoring materials of various disciplines. A pigeon flew into the blue sky the moment the cage door opened. It means to lighten the burden on the students and give them a happy childhood. That afternoon, I was shirtless at home and cooked porridge with a pressure cooker. Because I was in a hurry to paint, I opened it without waiting for the pressure cooker to cool. As a result, my whole chest was badly scalded and hospitalized. In order not to delay the delivery of the manuscript, I insisted on asking the doctor to agree to bring the unfinished painting to the ward. My actions moved the patients, doctors and nurses. The work "Flying" was awarded as the Outstanding work Award of the Provincial Teachers' Art Exhibition and published in the Chinese Mini-novel periodical Feng3. My spare-time art works have been selected in provincial and municipal art exhibitions and most of them have won prizes, and some of them have been published in provincial and municipal newspapers and periodicals. In 1997, he was admitted as a member of the Provincial artists Association.

Third, constant reflection is the guarantee of success

Maybe it's because I pursue perfection too much. In the past, they always disliked the practices of individual young teachers and were not tolerant enough, which inevitably made the relationship a little tense. After reflection, I tried to communicate with them more, found their advantages and cared more about their lives. Sure enough, the relationship became more harmonious and the work became more comfortable. In the past, students often complained that they were not listening attentively and disciplined, and they were exhausted after a class. After reflection, I use my brains on how to mobilize students' interest in learning, analyze their thoughts and needs, supplement and adjust the teaching content timely, and give full play to the advantages of multimedia intuition and large amount of information. Through the operation for a period of time, the effect is really good.

The biggest headache in extracurricular art activities is that students are not able to spend all their time in the activities. For this reason, I don't know how many times I have complained in front of the leader, and it is really difficult for the school to come up with a set of effective ways to improve this stubborn disease. What to do? after reflection, I tried to change the way that all students have to focus on activities every time, and take small-scale and multi-time activities of some students in stages and batches every day. In doing so, the workload of teachers is greatly increased, and they have to stay in the activity room for 3-4 classes every afternoon, but it is an efficient and feasible way to do so. From April to May, the porcelain plate painting interest group adopted this method and successively painted a number of high-quality porcelain plates. Add a lot of color to the seventh floor campus art gallery. Nanchang Daily, Jiangxi Daily and Jiangnan Metropolis Daily reported the engraving activities of our school porcelain successively.

To sum up, it is more appropriate to conclude my speech with an opening sentence from a magazine. Famous teachers do not achieve overnight, there is no chance coincidence, famous teachers become famous, behind is hard, is more than ten years or decades as a day can not be like ordinary people's life. Some people say that those who act are closest to famous teachers, while others say that teachers need the guidance of dignitaries to become famous teachers. Yes, the growth of each famous teacher has a different story, but it should be the common conduct of famous teachers to love the cause of education, to be persistent in teaching, to stick to the classroom, to be diligent in scientific research, and to hold religious feelings for education. Most famous teachers like reading, are good at pen farming, become famous for eight hours, really regard their profession as a career, and under the encouragement of success, they walk and run at a new starting point one after another. Or calm the mind and body, or carry the word in literature. If there is no ideal of growth, inner responsibility, down-to-earth style and open mind, the famous teacher is too far away from us.
